- Arlo McKinley had been on our radar awhile. A lot of you folks told us to get him on here, and fate would just have it that our paths managed to cross. Arlo struck up a friendship with Lost Dog, and our friend Jesse Schuster got us in touch with Charlie Hatcher from the WhizzBangBAM team out in West Virginia, where Tyler Childers is signed. Charlie, the amazing manager he is, rounded up a whole crew of folks and got us into the Wild Bean coffee shop in Lewisburg, WV. Roger from the Wild Bean let us set up shop in the middle of the floor and Arlo played us a new set of songs.
You may notice we have a bunch of microphones in the shot for this one. Well, Brad from Big River Records rolled through and set up that badass rig. I like my songs stripped down, but I can't complain this time. He really is a wizard. www.bigriverrecords.com

Arlo is the most underrated singer/songwritier alive..His songs are like he watched a movie about my life and wrote songs about it..If it wasnt for artists like Arlo, Tyler chilers and Benjamin Tod..I would have probably been gone along time ago..

This is one of those rare songs that you can relate to a ex love and/or a new love. It can draw you back and forth. Not many can really put it like that into a song and feel it from two different sides of yourself. Such a damn good song.

I just came across this song for the first time tonight. I've probably played it 15 times already. I mean wow. I am so grateful for UA-cam, cause no radio station would ever gift us this, at least, not here in Miami. This is so deeply moving. If you have ever loved like that, you get it. Arlo is hands down my absolute favorite. I'd say I wonder why he hasn't made it big yet, but I'm glad he hasnt. He's real. His style is his own. He doesn't cloud the music with all the extra shit Hollywood adds. I've added hundreds of views to his Bag of pills song- looks like I'll be adding this one to my list of favorite Arlo songs!
