Hello Jimmy that was an great help But need one more favour if you have any sample Q&A of wset 3 or any website where I can find those it will be best. Thanks in advance
Dear Jimmy, I just wanted to point out one fact that often goes unnoticed about the Sangiovese blends. It is a common misconception that blending Sangiovese with international grape varieties is a fairly recent and modern experiment. In fact, blends of this sort exist in Tuscany since centuries. I'd encourage to seek out some beautiful examples of Carmignano DOCG, a small but historically relevant appellation between Pistoia and Florence. It was at the time when Catherine de Medici, former Queen of France came back to Florence in the mid 1500s, that Cabernet Sauvignon was introduced in the hills surrounding the town. Since then, wines have always had a mandatory proportion of both grapes in them.
