This video was part of a 3-hour Suicide Prevention training that included assessment and treatment planning plus a community suicide prevention effort. It examines how many programs may intersect along the CARE Sustainable Community Transformation Model. The CARE Model is the locus of many intersecting opportunities for citizens to co-build the transformation efforts.
