Oh, Brooke, this was hilarious! I was listening to the story about the rats and you were so calm...LOL! You totally held it together, most people would have blown. Everything was gorgeous and you were stunning! It took alot of time and work but you are brilliant and it was so wonderful. Just remember, you and Cam have each other to cherish forever and enjoy many more years of making happy memories. Hugs and love to both of you❤❤❤

So happy it all worked out. 🌻 they all look amazing. A side tip for the Sunflowers...maybe a wire neting over the seeds until they get established. Girl, it's the journey and the memories, just think of it this way, you took a chance and the ups and downs was a lesson in life. Kudos to you! ❤ Congratulations on your wedding!

What's amazing about your flower journey is that you made memories that will far outlast the memories of the actual wedding. The wedding itself is a whirlwind and doesn't last long. There is this build up, you blink and it's over. Over time, it's what went into getting there that stands out. And you have some very specific and special memories of your journey that most people never have and that you wouldn't of had otherwise. Stressful I'm sure lol. But the journey seems so you in the best way.

You lemonade maker you! I would have been a mess of tears and very bad words. Your cooler head prevailed and that's the real how-to. Congratulations on your wedding.

Appreciate you sharing your process through everything. I am currently trying to grow my own flowers for my wedding in late March. I am hopeful they work out but I definitely have some backup plans if it doesn't work as intended.

Glad things worked out for you. I do not understand why anyone was questioning your ideas. You had a plan with a backup in case things did not go perfectly. I did not believe in using any kind of bait to get rid of rats, until one ran across my foot. Then all bets were off. Rats and squirrels are the worse. Y'all looked good in your pictures.
