There are companies and websites out there that will sell you them as "used", special order them built for you, or come in the form of plans and sometimes "kits" that you build yourself. Annoying thing is, buying them "used" or "ready made" can still be expensive as all get out.
Looking at all those engines is like looking at a chocolate box. 4449's whistle is spot-on!
