Can you show the part of you putting it all together? That was the most important part for many of us trying to put to together. Thanks and great video!
I’ll have make a video showing that.
Could you, please? @@TodayIFeelLike
@@TodayIFeelLikedid you make it
Would have helped to see you put it together
Does it work with rode wireless go 2
Haven’t seen you that excited in a while. Did you go through the different shooting modes to see if the mic was visible? Like the plant view or any other modes.
Yeah it's nice to finally be able to get good audio into the camera.
I’m getting the Rode Go for my same set up in your video, Do I really need to get the Go 1 or Go 2? Since I just attach the transmitter to the camera to capture natural audio it to my 360 and film party recap events but I’m not doing interviews and need 2 transmitters, so which option would you recommend?
Don't think of what you need the mics for just today think about how you might grow into them. If you buy them now at today's price and you find use for them then you will have had money well spent but if later inflation continues to rise and yet to pay more money for Mike's and it turns out you need a dual transmitter my kit then you have to pay for a second my kit and it might be more expensive. If you're worried about the cost check out the DJI wireless mic 2 they also have a dual transmitter kit and insta 360 has a mic adapter that can work with it
Great video - thanks. I assume I can do the exact setup to connect the DJI Mic (2 TX + 1 RX + Charging Case), Wireless Lavalier Microphone?
You can connect other wireless mics but sometimes they show in the image but they don’t fit in the stitch line
Awesome video brother. Thanks for sharing. Keep the content coming. Hope you have an incredible day.
Thanks I appreciate it. Have a happy Thanksgiving
Godly morning my brother it seem to be a nice products ty4s blessing it better with it
Thanks man I appreciate it
Sound is great
The DJI mic 2 works on this via Bluetooth.
It's also mono input, as in the regular one rs mic adapter?
For the regular one rs mic adapter, insta360 recommends to set Rode go II to "merge signal" output.
Hi! Thank you very much for the presentation. I miss the assembly operation! Unfortunately the Rode mount is not available in Hungary. I wonder, can I connect the microphone adapter to the 1inch camera without the mounting bracket if I mount the "RODE" receiver in another way? Thank you very much in advance for your answer!
Thank you for this . Well done . 👍
The audio sounds great to me with the adapter.
It definitely sounds better than the built-in microphones by magnitudes no doubt.
Hello, thanks a lot for this video. Would you have the possibility of doing one for the Insta360 webcam? Could you also explain how would you use a teleprompter with an Insta360 webcam. Thanks in advance! 🌟
Great review, thanks. I just wonder if it would be possible to connect audio using one of these USB-C to 3.5mm dongles coming with smartphones or if you HAVE to use their adapter. I find the bracket is well designed and all but the price is still on the high end for a tiny piece of metal.
Also I think for what it's worth they easily could have integrated a 3.5mm jack into the camera itself but then they wanted to earn some extra buck with that adapter. 900$ for the camera is not enough for them.
You have to use the adapter nothing else works.
Hello my friend, wich adapter do you use? I can't find on Insta360☺️
Thank you and best regards from germany😎
Having issues with my One Rs. Have had the one rs for over 1 year now. Yesterday it stopped working with my Rode wireless go II. Any solutions? FireWire is up to date on all devices. I have factory reset all devices and still no luck. Microphone is recording and set in merged mode. Have never had this issue before.
Sounds like there might be a problem with your cable check and see if your cable is still working right if it’s not then replace it if it is then maybe you have a bad adapter and that needs to be replaced
Can this be used with a DJI wireless mic system, or are you limited to the Rode wireless Go?
You can use it but you might see the mic.
is that stereo ?
that depends on the mic. It can be stereo or dual mono
I have the rod wirless one. And it's not connecting to the camera even though I'm using the same adapter ! Do you have an ides how to get it connected ?
Make sure the adapter is plugged all the way in and check for firmware updates.
Is there any other mic can work here without a receiver? Just plug a mic to adapter and record?
Great review. I'll order that mic bracket; I have everything else. Except: where did you get your 1/4x20 extender. That's sweet as honey.
First Happy Thanksgiving and thanks for watching. The extender comes with the mic bracket and yes it's sweet it makes things feel more secure.
@@TodayIFeelLike Thanks! i will order tomorrow; im being lazy today.
Hahaha 😂
Sorry I'm late but wouldn't miss a video from you
Never late always on time. Thanks for always coming through.
Is it possible to put the mic on the insta and transmitter on you?
Can you use a wired mic? I’m not really looking to spend $200 on a wireless mic right after spending $500 on the camera.
Mine is plug and play. What am I missing?
Good morning thanks for showing
Thanks for watching
Is there a wired external C-type Mic for insta360 without needing the adaptor? don't want to spend another £300 for wireless
Yes there are here is a link. amzn.to/3jMYS5D
@@TodayIFeelLike It says 'no' for other action cameras., I will have insta360 X3, but I am not sure if it will work for insta360 X3. Also, is there a cheaper wireless audio set than Rode? Thanks
I bought this product and it does not work with the ONE R or ONE RS 360 camera.
The vertical batter has a USB-C port and that is CHARGING ONLY and has no data or audio passthrough, says that on the instruction label that came with the battery !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it may wortk if connected directly to the RS module but you need to use the flat long battery to power the camera. Its all a mess and con and not as claimed
You didnt show how to setup at al
That’s what I wanted to see lol. I’m having trouble with my rode audio actually working. It shows on the screen but no audio.
Sad that the audio quality is still so bad on this camera regardless of which microphone is used
Yeah it's not the best but it's better using an external microphone
@@TodayIFeelLike I just feel like recording externally is so easy and often free. Super easy to sync, and massively better quality
All very true. I want to know if they come out with a new one of these cameras if they'll make it a little bit lighter because mine when I have my invisible selfie stick extended it bows a little bit because of the weight of the camera.
