Golden content brother ✊🏾 could you make a system breakdown of head position in the clinch for MMA. Striking, framing, wrist/elbow control, highshots, lowshots, back takes, ETC from a left or right head tie on opponents. Khamzat is extremely technical and I've noticed all of the Dagestani wrestlers are especially when it comes to rides/wrist control and seamlessly combining wrestling and BJJ
You see these leg rides a lot in highschool wrestling and folkstyle in general.
