Hi, Ali, do you know how can i convert the titan 440 from 110v to 220-240v? as far as i know, it's basically the same sprayer as the Wagner ps3.21 but i believe the motor is different. not sure about the pressure control board. i checked it and i found out it can work on both 110v and 220v+. Can you please create a video showing the Wagner ps3.21 motor and control board? i just wanna see if they are the same as Titan 440 and which capacitors it use.
Hi mate I'm trying to rebuild my 440i and 640i Done the 440i and got the same rebuild pack for the 640i but the smaller packing for the piston is too thick .it looks like i need one about 6mm thick and all ai can find on the net is arounf 11mm? I thought both machines using the same parts? Thanks in advance
I ran paint when I primed but notning came out so I switch back to water to clean out the unit but when I took the hose out there was paint coming out of it..
if you take the tip out, will water or paint pump through the spray gun? if so then the tip is blocked, if not you might have a blockage in your pump. Of course both answers are based on the machine priming correctly and the motor not continuously running in the spray position without the gun trigger pulled.
@@alielhaouli7418 I didn’t use the tip when I was doing this. So without the tip , no water or paint came out when I switch to spray position to run it thru the hose
@@AnthonyLoung when you switch it spray from prime, does it keep priming or does the motor stop running. Also in prime is water or paint actually coming through the smaller return hose.
@@westsprayairless8763 the Motor stops running when switching from prime to spray then runs again when switching back to prime and yes water/ paint does come thru the return hose. Would it might be the gun hand piece ?
You're a perfect guide. Fixed my problem
Great stuff, thank you!
I have done this but the machine is still not priming , any ideas where there may be a blockage on the inside?

The 440 and 640 have the same pump and therefore the same pump kits, also check if the piston needs replacing as they usually wear with the packings.
What happens if ball inlet cage is broken, can sprayer be used if that little star piece is removed from inlet
Hi Simon, no it wont work properly because the ball will wedge in there and not move freely
I have a Wagner 250m everything primes but nothing comes
Out the gun in a spray position? Do U know what the cause is?

Instead of the return valve, I mounted a high-pressure tap. So it will never break
