I’ve had a technique for years to speak to my body that has worked for me. I simply take my right or left hand and touch an area of my body that has any discomfort and say “ body heal” and for a first time area I emphasize it by also saying “ because I speak it so” . Mind you I don’t “know” what exactly is going on in body, I just “know” innately a discomfort.
God is very much onboard , opening the third eye to the God withing grows a Devine life and light from the inside outwardly

I start to wake up last year and taught i was going crazy until i came across your messages im in ireland btw think in an old soul for sure ❤
I use to douth my worth or ask for signs but of late I feel it my awareness my awakening has started since last year I was lying on my death bed asking god to forgive the very people left me in that state .. but thank god I'm connected well sometimes I forget oe people tell me it's in my head your not well I'm telling them about christ consciousness and healing one self with love and also these messages really help me feel like you know me already feel like I know you also ❤

The man I lived with wanted to kill me 😢. I came home from FL, USA to CA. He killed someone and is in prison for life...
