无錯时间太长,蛋煎得不够香,加菜甫更好食。
我是把苦瓜切成小丁,然后和鸡蛋一起搅拌,再一起炒
苦瓜(涼瓜)清熱,不须用盬醃30分鐘,用少許用雙手在刀板上,攪轉色,用水浸2分鐘,揸乾些水份,備用(目的清除苦澀味)。開鑊先炒蛋上碟備用,勿炒太耐乾口,再下涼瓜炒片刻,再落炒好雞蛋一同快手略炒上碟。(如要小孩子食,加些少糖。)
她是煎和炒都分不清楚,这个煮法叫煎。

这样的锅够热?
其實這條短片做的過程是沒問題的,就沒怎麼剪,炒瓜時聽不到聲音,是因為苦瓜水份不夠,如果灑點水下去這BB巴巴的聲音就馬上出來了,鍋不夠熱沒響聲,鍋夠熱食材水份不夠也是沒聲音的,再加上整條片的聲音都沒調大,出來的效果就這樣了,非常感謝你的支持!

火係最大嘅火,正因為火大水份不夠,所以就產生不了響亮的聲音,就如你炸東西,食材剛下油鍋就會產生響亮嘅聲音和大泡泡,當你把食材嘅水份炸亁,聲音和泡泡自然就小,道理一樣,材料少鍋大顯得更加無鍋氣,其實係唔錯嘅,呢味餸我經常煮。當時做片係初出茅廬階段,對剪片及使用電腦軟件不太熟悉,就連片嘅聲音都唔識得調大聲,能走到今日全有賴粉絲們嘅鼓勵和支持,非常感謝你嘅評論和支持!
