Maine phle b bht baar you tube se dkkr gulab jamun banaya.. but perfect kavi nhi bane .. gulab jamun crack ho jaate the .. but kal new year pe maine aapko follow kr k banaya... I would like to add that using cold milk, not warm milk & also oil in your hands instead of ghee, plus deep-frying jamoons in pure canola or sunflower oil makes the jamoon taste better. Add elaichi/cardamom powder to sugar syrup & also 2-3 drops of colourless rose essence & a pinch of Saffron/kesar threads to it while boiling. I have only tried MTR Brand Jamoon mix so far. Will try Gits Jamoon mix soon.
