Hey, I want to share something here. There are my relatives staying in neighborhood. They are extremely negative people. They think and talk negative about others all the time including about me and my family. So to avoid their energy I have made an understanding through meditation and by reading The secret.
"No one can Manifest for others". The person who is thinking or talking negative create negative vibrations in their body. Their cells and organs hear their voice. Their voice creates vibration in their throat chakra. Hence, people attract themselves things they speak and think. Because after all they are the only one who is speaking and feeling.
How to avoid their negative vibration from affecting you?

This is a life changing experience. Every morning after my hot shower (it's again like a meditation for me where I visualise all fears, anxieties, negativity being washed off), I meditate using your third eye guided meditations and then straight away go and light diyas (mud candles) and burn incense sticks and spread that smoke/fire all over the house. I sit and pray for a couple of minutes and repeat affirmations.
Believe me this shower (water) and lightning incense and diyas (fire) rituals have helped me way more than anything. Spending time with the 5 elements can do wonders.
Just within a few days you can feel so much of difference mentally and spiritually. It's as addictive as meditation.

I had issues from my past (from childhood) that I allowed to affect all of my relationships so I wrote down those issues and burned the paper. I use methode number 3 scince a while: Always when I think someone could steal things from me, I imagine a person who leaves a 500€ envelope and sometimes flowers on top of my belongings. He doesn`t take anything and runs away then. I added flowers after a while to make the imagination generally nicer.

I used think when bad luck came to me, it was because I manifested it or caused it. But, honestly sometimes bad luck comes our way because its the universe/god testing our waters on our faith and ability to restrain from going against nature. I do love smudging though.
