Today is the Acu Rite digital BBQ / Meat thermometer. Thus is my second unit, 1st died in a rain storm, but otherwise I approve! Fool proof settings on what temps to set each meat at. I like to use mine for monitoring a BBQ smoke. About $30 at Academy and it's worth it.
