Sad to hear dude, I highly doubt they actually looked into your case. I remember reporting some of the worst, most vulgar, ingame chat I had ever seen to EA and they did nothing about it. They could not do anything about it because I did not post a screenshot of the scoreboard when it happened (like that is common knowledge)... Apparently they could not, or did not want to, look up the individuals logs. I will say this, you for sure have a few dedicated haters. After I left a comment on your last video 2 guys, or so, started to follow me around spectating and talking shit because I defended you😂

hey there, so a couple point to talk about, maybe you should contact jackfrags as he has direct contact to EA. and my other point that i told you in the last vid about this topic is, you used a user.cfg file to change the ingame fps what in itself is modifying the game files and can result in a ban. technically this is a cheat to gain unfair advantage over other players. i dont agree with it but in your case i see this as the only reason.

Correct but at the same time yes they don’t care hence the generic response #2 we can’t tell nor identify majority of the times how’s it’s done …and it’s on a constant basis so after gameplay review what’s it to the player to create another profile it’s easy to ban the player and close the case . Systems put in place not to fix Battlefield 5 but to identify what level of cheating and level ban requirements idk man I do everything you say in your videos and it works even the runs you make I follow them and they work and I did that to know and I guess I’m proof cuz you’ve helped me leveled up to where I’m enjoying the game now lol my sights even green so I do feel bad for ya from a noob to a expert p.s I now finish games 23-6 yesterday 18-6 it’s only devastation these days lol

Watching rotations on videos, then applying that in game and then seeing results, improving and having more fun doing so, it's great to see and glad i was able to help, all the credit to yourself for applying it, not everyone can do that trust me. Thats why I make videos honestly, to help and have more fun, couldn't ask for more honestly. Great to hear. Also like you say make a great point in saying living proof that it works in game, theres a truth to it, of what i'm preaching works, can't be faked or is not faked, or ''cheats'', it works, kind of proof in itself. @@Srontgorrth i agree with you, and i think the most of the game. but we are not EA. with a user cfg you can also do some nasty things for visibility and that is cheating. also i dont know how cheats work and what file they are for bfv, he changed in game settings to a value that is NOT in the default settings, this can cause a ban. at least i had this happen in rdr2 online
Still banned. EA live chat told me that I could buy the game on another account lol.... Its just set up to make cheaters buy the game over and over again and us legit players suffer just because the anticheat sucks... Also be careful playing on other accounts or battlefield titles, after being banned on BF5 I decided to try 2042 and I got banned after about 2 or 3 days of playing.... Sadly I miss the game, gonna just do a fresh windows install and start again because I give up with their shitty customer service thats made to fail. Sorry to hear you didnt get unbanned, it really just isnt fair on the customers.

just had this happen to me, played the game for one hour, been banned since the next time i tried to play 2 weeks ago. Honestly takes the piss I spent my money on this game and they ban you for no reason, without evidence or reasoning, with the only help youre getting being auto generated emails sent from EA "help". Shit company just dont play their games anymore

That sucks, pretty much the same as myself, unlikely to be able to play bfv on that account again unfortunately. Just after going through myself theres are alot of problems with EA and how they operate, EA need to fix this because legit customers are the ones that suffer...but honestly don't think they care at the end of the day.
I cant recall the number i had visited EA advisors and on general EA help to cope with bs inside the game : at least 10 legit gamers i know got banned without any reason , I personally got death threats and racists comments inside the game and ''outside'' boundaries of the game , EA never game a F , the guy still unbanned . Reported so many bugs , they never gave a F , reported broken weapons , hitreg values , anticheat input lag , low level wrong design (0-50 level) values , never changed , thats why low level accounts one frame you , because when Dice had the great idea to add 450 levels , so you can level up to 500 , they forgot to change dmg and hitreg values for 0-50. But guess ,they never gave a F . Great example of that is the STEN from vehicles class, its still has the old values , better recoil and better dmg . I strongly suggest you to play something else mate , i know BFV is a good game , but with so many problems , that sometimes its enough to give up . I want to apologise for my bad English , and secondly the best thing you can do about EA is just boycott their games.
EA have got alot problems, for sure. It's not nice to hear you've had to deal with all the bs with them and that minority of the bf community, who are like that. In my opinion that sort of thing is an instant perma ban. The sad reality is, it's more common than people think, there so much inconsistency with everything and EA just don't care at all. Thats interesting because always thought, low levels have to have some sort of buffs in game, after running with a brand new account recently just never die to bs, win every gunfight have some really good games! Honestly idk though, didn't realise the sten had them values with the tanker version, that's interesting to know. Yeah certainly will be cutting down my time in bfv in the future, there's some fps games on the horizon that are worth checking out to move on to hopefully and after just dealing with this, won't be buying anything in the future from EA, it's kind of a boycott, agree with you there man. Sorry to hear this, they did this to me back in 2021... tried everything to prove my innocence but was ultimately ignored.
I’m banned from every single bf and all I did is put 120gb file of bf1 on another hard drive and I’m on ps5 they are a joke mate

A user cfg cannot be cheating. It's basically the settings of the game
