the budget makeover is for aesthetic update lang. dapat may gamit ka na. :) Yes pag bare unit definitely more than 100k talaga.

Can you do it to a studio type with an area of 18-19 sqm? If so magkano ang aabutin?
What I like about your Vlog is that the way you explain the process is very simple you do not use jargons in explaining what you did on the unit, aside sa mga styles na very modern and unique nakaka relate ako sa client mo. May pagka minimalistic ang style nito.. Actually pwede pang gawing folding bed yong sofa eh (sofa bed) for visitors at pwede ring lagyan ang main bed ng extendable bed underneath..depende naman na yun sa client kung madaming nag e sleep over.
The divider makes a huge difference in how the space feels...nice!

I really like what you did. What I would change though is the plant picture frame because it is overused and diy a real plant on a picture frame and also a nice rug to make it cozy, the flooring makes the room feel cold
