Hey!! Today's vid is such a fun one!!!
After my black to blonde hair fiasco and dealing with the effects bleach had on my hair, I've put more focus onto my scalps health. A healthy scalp is the most important thing needed for a fab head of hair!
Apart from a good diet, scalp treatments are really beneficial to the scalp. The one I make today is a detox treatment.
A scalp detox helps to remove toxins & bologna from your hair. It also helps to get rid of the gunk clogging up the hair follicle (like what you can see on my scalp in the 'before' shots).
In doing it consistently, you will create a great envt for your hair to grow as fast as possible. Healthy scalps for the winnnn.
Oh. As for adding a microscope to the mix... YES.
So worth it. So fun. UA-cam channel or not, get a microscope & microscope everythingggg.

I've had a lot of horrible hair stories. First one was catching lice in high school from my softball team. I have a lot of hair... like super super super thick hair. I nit picked my hair for weeks... but my hair was so long and thick, I had to chop my hair off... so when it was cut, my mom had talked to the stylist after I told her what I wanted... told the stylist I didn't know what I wanted and she told her what to do... I literally cried. I eventually got the hair I wanted, but it was so bad... a hair nightmare.

The worst thing that’s happened to my hair is that the woman I went to decided to cut off my hair to shoulder length when I only asked for no more than 2 inches of hair cut. It ended up being that she cut 6 inches of hair 😭 I ended up crying the whole way out of the salon and never returned. Thankfully, it grew back though. On another note did the cinnamon burn your scalp? I never have heard of it being good for hair growth.

    • @DanaDey
      @DanaDey  4 роки тому

oh no. that's the worst!! Use your hands! I do the most at salons signaling and hand motioning trying to show exactly what I want. lmaoo. BUT yes, it always grows back so yay to that.
Ahhhh forgot to mention that. No, the cinnamon did not burn! My scalp felt hot though but nothing uncomfortable. Cinnamon is able to exfoliate on a physical and chemical level. So its great for exfoliating and removing build up that would block hair growth. It also draws blood to the scalp bc of the "tingling" feeling that I did not feel so ill say the HOT feeling. lol

Worst thing that ever happened to me with my hair? I was in 7th grade and went to a barber shop! The lady took out soooo much of my hair all the way to the top and I ended up looking like bon jovi from the 80’s! Mind you, this was in 2004! I cried for 3 days straight! Never again have I allowed anyone to “take out” some hair. I love how full my hair is and learned my lesson 😂

Omgoodness! 😩😂 it’s great we can laugh about it now. When I was like 9 my mom worked at a salon and when she was busy my sister and I told her boss that we loved her super short pixie cut. She was like oh no problem let me cut your hair into it so she cut my hair and my sisters hair into little pixie cuts and my mom freaked when she came back. I however thought it was so cool. I look at those photos now and I’m like Omgoodness I loook like a little boy😂😂😂😂 poor mama

I had this perfect soft shiny slightly wavy and no frizz hip length hair back in 2016 and that's when I made this very very
Bad decision to cut my hair and I asked the hair dresser to cut my hair shoulder length but she cut it so bad that I was looking like how Rapunzel looked after eugene cut her hair and I was so sad and after one year my hair grew up to my shoulder and then I made the next worst decision to dye my hair light brown ( my hair was jet black earlier)and I dyed my hair and after a few weeks my hair started to fall out and started thinning and it was in a very bad condition which I cannot just explain and that's when I cut it again shorter and after 1 year now my hair is getting better and better but it's curly
now ,it's finally growing and I also discovered curly girl method which is going pretty well now . Whew thank god😁

that is so funny!! thank you!! I will no longer be touching it! I only changed it bc I went from my natural light ash brown color to black and never went any other color. Peopleeee got in my head and kept telling me black is too harsh and id look better in a softer color like a dark brown so because I haven't seen me in other colors, I was persuaded. NOW that I've gone blonde & 442442117 diff shades of brown after that, I'm set in my ways & know for sure that black is what I like on me. We like "harsh" over here. LOL ❤️💃🏻

me and my whole family are red heads and proud. i wouldnt be me without my hair, like, its who i am. last summer i did a tan booster nasal spray its literally called melanin. me being a big IDIOT didnt even think the reason my hair is red is due to the lack of melanin in my system. i have lost my red hair. i look like iv dyed it and let it grow out. dont get me wrong its still like red but no where near how deep and beautiful it used to be. im praying that one day the melanin in my system gets tf out. sad but still cute doe x

I went platinum blonde after having black dyed hair. That wasn't even the worst part. The worst part was I went to get it colored a golden blonde, and I should have known that the mix she brought over was purple. She put in an ash color instead of golden, and my hair turned out...wait for it...khaki.

The worst thing done to my hair? Hmm. Is have to say, not 1incident, but I have light brown hair. But I bleached it blonde for 15-20yrs. Could never understand why it wouldn't grow long, it would grow to about 3 inches past shoulders and that was it. So about 10 years ago I decided at 50, the roots were too much. Dyed light brown with Olia & look out! my hair was mid-back in a year. I do take very good care of it, always have. Right now Im into Tweak'd. By Nature products. Im going to try their scalp scrub tonight. Its a very fine grainy clay. Complete natural.I have good genes, only a few strands of gray only have to color 4 times a year. Skin "should " be better but I smoke & laid in the sun way too much. We didn't know in the 80's how bad it is. Oh well thank God for dermal fillers!! LOL.Take care girls, and watch those tanning beds. And bleach. Not worth it.😲

Yes it always grows back BUT the damage a hair stylist can do with scissors and/or chemicals in a matter of MINUTES can take months of having ugly hair and even years to regrow.... I got some chlorine discoloration removed from my hair at a salon (which I could have done at home using ketchup little did I know) and it has RUINED my hair. The stylist used a bleach bath to get rid of a TINY bit of green in the back of my hair and my hair broke off left and right in the following weeks and turned my hair much lighter than normal as well. The crown of my head is as short as my ears and the rest of my length was less damaged but I still had to cut it off about collarbone length bc of the length disparity. My hair texture is also horrible now due to the bleach bath and I had nice long thick hair, bra strap length. Slowly but surely it’s growing back so long as I treat it like a bonsai tree, and stay OUT of salons.
