One thing I would always do as a wide out is make my feet point toward each other so DBs wouldn't know which way I'm going. I'd also stand straight up and give the illusion that I was giving them my chest. They would think that if they jam me, I couldn't go anywhere because everyone was always taught to have their hands up when in their stance to be prepared for the jam. One thing I learned very early on is that it's difficult to push something that's skinny. Also, when jamming someone, if your footwork isn't elite, someone who has different tactics of getting off the line is going to give you a bad day. A swim or rip will get you off the line with easy. Don't worry about their hands. Their hands can't go anywhere their elbows down allow. Much easier to target as well. Most people are taught what they should be doing in their position. Few are taught what the people lining up against them do and look for.

Von Miller came out before I can finish the sentence. They played txa&m in a bowl game that year and he told me Von explained to him after the game he knew when he had to pass rush or defend the run based on his left hand placement. If his hand was on his thigh pad, it was a pass but if he put it closer to his knee, it was a run....it's always the little things that explains the most
Coach would always say "make everything look the same" for a reason because ppl aren't just watching where you're at. They're looking for anything that can give them an advantage like hand movement, the angle of your foot and all. Its wild sometimes how ppl can catch things that we wont even realize it until somebody tells us 😂.
I hope the colts or AR5 himself reaches out to cam to help. At minimum cam should've been the colts backup or should be at somepoint. Man looks up to him and this stuff could for sure help his game

The rb would line up in the pistol and when the qb would flex his elbows to receive the snap he would take off and it was just before the “hut” so when the refs would look down the ball would be snapped but it allowed the rb to get two yards up field so he could block . Everyone on the sideline started noticing but the refs never called it. So either the rb was really smart or they were coached this . But I have a feeling they eventually got caught because we played them again in the championship and they did not do it once
