- If you have pork meat, then you can prepare this recipe, tastier than in a restaurant. My family always asks to make more. After all, this is a very tasty dinner or dish for a festive table. The garlic and cheese filling goes perfectly with the meat. This recipe always gets a lot of compliments from my guests. It looks impressive and very tasty.

Ingredients and preparation:
1 kg (4 lb) pork loin.
Salt to taste.
Pepper to taste.
200 g (1/2 lb) cream cheese.
2-3 cloves of garlic.
Bunch of parsley (or dill).
10 strips bacon.
1 kg (4 lb) potatoes.
1 tsp turmeric.
1 tsp Italian greens.
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dry garlic.
2-3 tbsp of vegetable oil.
Teriyaki sauce and sesame seeds.

Thanks for sharing this. I'll give it a try. If I may, just one advice: turn the rolls on the other side so that the bacon gets crispy on both sides. Apart from that, this recipe looks delicious.

They probably would be better baked on top of a rack than on top of potato wedges so the bacon is not wimpy.
I also think they would taste even better if filled with ricotta & Parm rather than cream cheese.

What size baking dish did you use . Also 1k = 2.20462 lbs & not 4 lbs.
Did you use 4 lbs of meat or 2.5 lbs . As for the potatoes, how many lbs 2.5 lbs. The dish you used looks lkie a 3qt rectranglur baking dish.
I set the oven temp at 375° degrees Faherenheit
The final cooking stage I placed it under the broiler in a conventionall oven for about 7 minutes or until it looked like your results.

Potatoes were sitting in liquid. Why didnt you cook the meat seperately? Bacan was flabby on the bottom side. Sorry but its not an appetizing looking recipe.
