    I had no idea that there was a special tool for use when bleeding the prop valve. Now I know I will need one. lol

    I’m almost sad to see this build coming to an end! Still one of my favorites I’ve came across. Keep up the good work!

    Coming together nicely. Very cool to see how good a more affordable paint job can actually look. 😍

    I like this build, not some over the top made for TV build. Real build for a real truck, that will be driven.

    Omg Paul the truck looks amazing, it's really coming together! !! 😃 great work keep up the hard work and dedication!!!! I finally have my 67 C10 step side resembling a truck again. I wish I could show you what it looks like. It's finally a complete roller with all body pannels back together. The list of things to make her finally run and move under her own power for the first time in 17yrs is small and getting closer!!!

    If you would like you can push your steering column in/down about an 1.5" and you only have to drill one hole at the top for the locator pin. Love the truck.

    Looks great Paul! Love the way you're painting it! Also love that it's coming back together. I just took the cab off my 72 k20 last night so I'm feeling like I have a long road ahead but I just keep following your vids to know I can get back a running truck with similar shop time like you, great work

    That color match looks pretty good for a spray can. The Spraymax 2k clear is awesome. I'm using it on my beater (except the glamour clear.)

    I have just recently started watching your videos, it is funny how similar our builds are... I noticed you put something under the louvers on your cowl which I was wanting to do as well but I was wondering what you used and how it was attached?

    • @paulkc10
      @paulkc10  4 роки тому

      I believe I got the trash guard from brothers. It’s held down with the cowl mounting screws

    Goodstuff bro, very inspiring, how did you go about choosing one brand over another? I see alot of stuff from QA1, ridetech, belltech, CPP, Wilood, brembo, somany brands to choose from. Also wondering if i do suspension work, do I stick to one brand throughout or can I mix it up with CPP brakes, rotors and calipers and QA1 upper lower control arms?. . .keep up the good work brauhhdahhh. . . . 🤙🤙🤙

    • @paulkc10
      @paulkc10  4 роки тому

      Well with brand a lot is dependent on your budget. Ride tech/QA1 is way more than anything else. Unless you’re tracking the truck or making 500+ hp it’s overkill IMO. I’d recommend sticking with as much of one brand as you can bc you’re sure they’ll all play nice together. That being said I ordered from all different places and it’s all from the same suppliers for the most part 🤷🏻‍♂️

    What bore size did you go with for your manual brake system and how do you like the pedal feel? I'm in that stage of my build and divided between 1 inch and 15/16. Thanks!

    Are you planning to sand through a couple of coats...

    • @paulkc10

      Leaving the option open should I choose to. But in reality it’s rattle can paint. It’s going to wear over time naturally.
