I really wish the Inquisition would just let the Grey Knights be the unstoppable holy daemon slayers they were meant to be. They could be the most exemplary space marines in the Imperium if they were allowed to.

Ahhh yes the grey knights, the inquisitions favorite attack dogs. To be fair they do kill daemons so I get why they like them. Just don't send dogs to kill wolves, it doesn't end well. Also why does the inquisition have so many space marine chapters wrapped around their fingers?

Politics and a giant legal loophole where they only respond their shenanigans and mishaps to The Emperor, said loophole endorsed by Big E Himself.

Loopholes like that are left open to allow the government to function and be flexible. When these loopholes are exploited a certain officio assassin is dispatched to remind the offenders who they work for, and what the consequences of corruption are.

@@kenshy10 That's were politics starts since a good chunk of astartes chapters has the same zealous agenda its not dificult to convince them to coordinate eforts and later append the chapter into the inquisition. The legal loophole is for the administratum and arbites not to bend them over for using said astartes chapters for their shenanigans. Space Marines are suposed to be soldiers, no agenda or strings attached, not to be another faction attack hounds.
Think of the CIA, they do straight illegal stuff justifing it because its a matter of "national security".

The only two chapters technically under the Inquisition are the Death Watch and the Grey Knights, but they can make other chapters do as they say

@@TravelerZ24 ok so grey knights are a chapter, but deathwatch are completely different. Sure they are chapter strength but they are comprised of separate chapters "donating" space marines to it.
