Change your bitrate to a higher value in OBS, you’ll have to tweak it to see whats best for your CC without being crazy file size.
You can record in 1080 but since the game’s native resolution is 720 you won’t get any added benefits in video quality. I run mine at 720p and let Da Vinci upscale the video to 1080
