Really enjoy your workout, i particularily like your program on practice the balance with the weights. At 72-yr-old I noticed that my balances are getting weaker and I would from now on to include this exercise into my routine. Thanks very much!😊

Loved the exercise routine, however, I hated the multiple ads inserted which are placed at bad timings, like in the middle of a sequence. If you need the ads this bad, it should be at the transition, when we switch to a new set😢
I really would like to love your vdeos, but your talking drives me nuts, or maybe it is just the frequency of your voice, because domething in my ears begin to vibrate. I can of course turn the sound off, but I would like to hear your instructions.

The video is really the best one I’ve ever done for osteoporosis, but the quality is very fussy… it be great if you can try to fix it… 🙏🏼

Hmm that's interesting. You could try slowing down the video and that might lower the frequency. Or use closed captions!
