    Great routine like the inclusion of the weights, block and band. More core work is always great.

    Really enjoy your workout, i particularily like your program on practice the balance with the weights. At 72-yr-old I noticed that my balances are getting weaker and I would from now on to include this exercise into my routine. Thanks very much!😊

    The video is really the best one I’ve ever done for osteoporosis, but the quality is very fussy… it be great if you can try to fix it… 🙏🏼

      Thank you for your feedback! I know the quality is not great on this one and I fussed with it so much before posting and almost didn't post it because the quality is not where I wanted it. But I thought I would rather have people use it and benefit from it, and eventually refilm when my new camera comes in. :) Thank you for your patience and feedback, I greatly appreciate it!

    Loved the exercise routine, however, I hated the multiple ads inserted which are placed at bad timings, like in the middle of a sequence. If you need the ads this bad, it should be at the transition, when we switch to a new set😢

    I really would like to love your vdeos, but your talking drives me nuts, or maybe it is just the frequency of your voice, because domething in my ears begin to vibrate. I can of course turn the sound off, but I would like to hear your instructions.

      Hmm that's interesting. You could try slowing down the video and that might lower the frequency. Or use closed captions!
