I like how this sounds exactly like Payday: the Heist's vibe. Less jokes, more planning, fighting, robbing and winning. It gives a pretty professional and cool vibe compared to Payday 2's more comedic and cathartically trigger-happy vibe. Sure it's not as crazy, but it gives a sort of "classic robber" vibe.
Yeah PD:TH feels more proffesional For example the heat street. In PD:TH It's an failed heist and you need to chase matt for the plates Mean while in PD2 It's just '' Ohh no matt bad chase him'' Another great example is the counterfeit heist on which civs will often say things like''Who are these guys'' and overall i feel the interactions between heisters and bain better than in PD2 Good example is the daimond heist where in which if the codes dont work heisters will comment on it
@@sumrandomdude7234 While you correct about the art style of payday, the heat street of payday 2 has probably the most fitting music compared to others. Double Cross 2017 catches the intensity of the situation even better than the original.
Just finished Panic Room on DSOD tonight, came here to celebrate. I'm never doing that again. I got lucky and had Fade during the sniper spawn and lowering the magnet. RNG like that doesn't happen very often.
I missed having tracks like these in PD2. No EDM/Dubstep/classical/metal, just a simple *hard* drum and bass track designed to play on a specific level for an intended atmosphere.

agreed, pdth seems a lot more serious than payday 2 because you actually need to think and not just go "mmmm alcohol" (referring to stoic)

Both is cool. This one feels more active and banging, while the other one sounds futuristic and circle-y.
Tracks aside, i love the almost movie-poster styled teasers Overkill made (i think they did) for the Classics.
I agree, sadly I don't know where i can get them on high quality
They got the idea from left 4 dead I think
They "borrowed" the idea from left 4 dead
@@Wickyly l4d didn’t create movie posters
@@dogsys No i know but just look at any Left 4 Dead poster and then look at that one and see how similar they are

were you using stoic
were you using a health/armor tank deck
Damn, I remember completing it on anarchist build with AS VAL and China Lake. That was freaking awesome!
The drums are just cracked on this one. Love it

if you have payday the heist you can listen to the music in payday 2. or mods
5:14 is by far my favorite part of this entire assault track
mine too but the anticipation is soo good
Or is it?
you guys need to clear the roof
Everything about this track fits into the game even the title brings the “panic sense”
yee
put da maney on da table
i have you guys meet with my man chavize
*heist starts*
i love “put da maney on da table, i have you guys meet with my man chavize“
"You guys jus hangaroun"
alright, i'd say it's time to blastin'. put your masks on!
The drums are perfect
Left 4 dead , but crime
Stealth sounds like a theme for a shop run by a hobo in an indie game.
This track is banging! Thanks for uploading.
lol
The intro sounds like something would play during a drug deal, and the drums during the assault hit so hard
This is the song that made me appreciate drums more in music.
5:20 I love this tiny bit
this feels hella apocalyptic, one of the best tracks imo
I wish they had the og songs in payday 2, cause it feels like we need something more than electronic
they do, you just need to buy pdth and its soundtrack dlc :(
@@deskeater46 I did learn that after making that comment but thnks anyway
