Very cool find, mate! It has some Panerai Submersible inspiration but with unique design elements and that open heart dial work. I've never been a huge fan of open hearts or skeletonized dials, but this one is pretty awesome. Excellent choice with the green dial! Cheers brother! 😎🙌

Very good looking watch Simon, has a, bit of a Panerai look about, except it's better looking than the Panarai! Don't normally like open hearts ni but that 24 hour subdial makes the whole thing look more functional than just decorative for some reason. Big watch but I've a big wrist. Can't really spend more on watches right now, have gone over budget again! We're probably all guilty of that but put the green one in my basket just in case it's available for the spring sale. I like the green myself. Excellent review.

One of my Watches is the Green PD-1736. It's quite large but it's still good on my wrist as I have a large enough wrist. During the night because the hands are so big I can see the loom really well. It's the only watch in the Pagani Design watches I own, I can see the time straight away . For me Loom is a very big part of a watch. It's something that I seem to get good on my Seiko watch but until this watch it hasn't been great on my Pagani Design watches.

Cool watch, green isn't my preference but definitely an interesting design, still not sure about the 24 hour window above the open heart but definitely looks to be more of a unique design then their usual clomages haha

Cannot seem to find a green one with the black bezel like in the photos though. I only see green and matching green bezel I was hoping to get a nice contrast.

Hello, first thanks for the video! I just want to say that because it’s a “hommage” to the Panerai, I’m not agree with you concerning the negative specs such size of this watch and width of the lugs. But that wright that they can do an effort for the AR and the strap witch is not so beautiful as the original Panerai’s rubber. Considering the price, it’s a really nice watch (Belgium price: 58€ !) enjoy to see you on a next video….

great review, not a bad watch there,s always a couple of negatives with Pagani overall there improving the strap was a big let down for me i would have to swap it out

The Pagani Design watches are pretty nice for the price point and I have several.
With that being said my Seiko ssa423 has a much more finished look with the sub dial looking like it's been countersunk.
Another thing on a lot of Pagani watches they lack AR coating on the crystal although they are adding it more and more to their watches.
Anything polished or chrome under the sapphire only reflects a lot of light they should use more matte finishes or flat whites.
Nice take on an open heart dial though.

24 hour complications that are basically AM/PM indicators don’t do anything for me…but this one is at least interesting! I like the offset with the open heart. This is a fantastic green, too. Love the case shape and the strap pairing is great!

I can see this one being quiet popular....the 24 hr sub is a cool touch, not necessary for the majority of people but I have been in a situation where you don't see the outside world at all for a period of time (not the jail)....open heart not my bag but I do like to see them....I'm a simpler the better sort of chap....🏴⌚🏴⌚

Panerai vibes eh. They will always be 24mm bracelets.
My steeldive green dial bronze is the same size. I bought a strap for it, fk type. It totally sits better on my wrist. It's heavy but lower heavy. I don't think a 22mm would be better.
I know we are talking about 2 different things, watches but, am I the only one who buys bigger straps and mod them for their watches.
I have a vostok komandirskie with a 22mm engineer that looks better than any else.
I don't think it would look as good.
Hate the strap but that is a nice watch. Love the green.

Hi, to remove the blue crown protector film just use some tape to remove it very very easily, “ Diver’s 200 “ ?? I’m sure it’s not ISO certified. Great video thank you.

The strap looks nice, and I like the colour. I really don't think an open heart works on a dive watch, even one that is the size of a cuckoo clock. That said, I don't like open heart watches. Thanks for the review

All Paganis come with the blue protective sticker on the crown. I hate picking at sticker’s and such. A tiny bit of duct tape will take care if it quick!

How many positions has the crown of this wacht y the adjust of the hour for this PD-1736?. Thanks.
It effectively has 3 positions. The first position is sort of neutral when you unscrew if from the case, the second position is when you pull it out one and allows you to set date etc and the third position is when you pull it all the way out (2 clicks) which allows you to set the time. A concise and helpful video. I got the green in the mail just a few days ago and agree with many of your sentiments.
That said, it's not an original design. It's a Panerai Submersible design copy. Granted, the only things copied over are the case, two of the hands (the real Submersible has a small seconds subdial at the 9), and the indices. But to be fair the strap, open heart, 24-hr subdial, bezel insert, and lollipop second hand are different.
To me it's like, "2/3 of a copy." But I really like it... definitely not trying to fool anyone into thinking I wear a Panerai, lol.

No stain my friend. There may be a small mark on the movement but nothing noticeable in person

The NH39 is not open heart exclusively. I have a Seiko with a 4R36 that's open heart. What makes it an NH39 is the 24 hr indicator. NH36, or 4R36 ie no-date can indeed be open heart.

Warning to anyone buying one of these, I bought the yacht master "homage" (fake) with the sunburst blue-black dial effect and it came with the little blue bit on the crown. Its a cheap sticker which gave out by the midpoint of my first day wearing it and I was done with it by the end of day 2. Also another thing, I owned a watch with a butterfly clasp on the bracelet which had no microadjust and I couldn't ever size it properly. Bought the pagani with the fake oysterclasp which has micro adjust and am never going back, best feature ever. Be wary when buying one of these on a bracelet you probably won't be able to size it properly without one side being longer than the other.

I'm rather certain that blue sticker is merely there to protect the crown from scratches, much like the protective stickers on the case back. It's ment to be removed.
😂😂 That 'Blue Bit' sticker on the crown comes on a lot of watches, it is a temporary protective film which is meant to be removed and not a design feature.
How accurate is this watch?
I no longer have this watch mate so is hard to say but, given it has a Seiko movement I’m pretty confident it’ll run well 👍👍

Good question and that is because it’s not in a Seiko watch. Seiko make so many movements that appear in loads and loads of watches that aren’t theres, they wouldn’t want their name displayed 👍👍
