@BGS IBMOR John Conyers (a member of the silent generation) introduced the first reparations bill to Congress. Yvette Carnell and Antonio Moore (both Gen X'ers) revived the modern reparations movement (circa 2017-18) and are still at the vanguard of the movement till this day.

Being locked out means there is nothing that the ADOS community can do on its own to lift itself out of its economic state.
