He met the grand master every morning when looked in the mirror. Wright is one of the greatest of all artists. Even calling him a grand master seems a little disrespectful. Many chess players have been grandmasters. Few have been world champion.

I was at FLW’s vacant grave in Spring Green WI on Sunday. So sad to see Mamah’s grave stone broken and upheaved by tree roots. His 3rd wife had him exhumed, cremated and when she then passed their ashes to be mixed and scattered around the grounds of Taliesin West in the desert. You would assume that he is still interned in Spring Green. The grave in good condition.

Brilliant, but often so taken with himself, Wright is more often than not, wrong on so many others, including his own trusted associates, i.e. Rudolf Schindler.

Le corbusier was the genius of the whole century , Wright was influenced by Japanese traditional architecture bringing it to America he was a great architect , the difference between them is that le Corbusier did more than Wright till now most of architects influence by him and he was the first who really defined how to do modern architecture beginning by domino house in 1914 to la roche house in 1923 where he applied the five points and the ultimate concept in villa savoye 1928 ,in this all years Wright was doing American-japanees houses till 1936 when he began to improve his vision , you have to say date and time is very important in the work of architecture , le Corbusier was advanced Wright years and years even he was bigger and work before him, in architecture the most important is the valuel work, who is important , the architectural promenade was an unbelievable idea from le Corbusier till now we work with this idea , and a lot of things that i can't tell them because they are a lot
