Since covid during our arrival in Canada, we stayed in a hotel for 2 weeks for the mandatory quarantine. Pero yung palabas namin, tumuloy kami sa isang kabayan for a bed space rental for 2 months. Yung first week namin was spent getting a sin number, sim card, bank account and applying for jobs.

Hi Anne! PR pathway that we are looking into is the EE CEC after HD gets her 1 year working experience OR once Mark finished school. Long term plan is get a house in a sub urb place in ON or maybe in AB? Haha

Hi po, magkano rent niyo sa condo po? Nag rerent po ba kayo or nag babayad kayo na sa inyo na po yung condo? Saan niyo po nakita yung condo niyo po? We’re planning kasi lumipat po na mag condo din.
Hi, renting po kmi ng 1br condo. Range sya ng 2-2.5k. Sa fb marketplace lang, interview/vid call with the lndlord, send offer (credit check, deposits, letter of employment and guarantor). If landlord likes you then they'll lease you the condo. Case to case pa din po base sa landlord.
applying for work? yes we did. however, employers usually require SIN and if nasa pinas pa, you cant obtain this. but yes we applied several jobs prior to flight

Generally safe naman kaya lang downtown gets too crowded for our liking na. If walang work sa downtown or any business, I'd personally prefer midtown or north york area. (Plus traffic). Be wary lang sa bandang sherbourne and queen st.. sketchy daw dun.

Also did you consider Ontario Nominee Program Employe Job Offer pathway? Any thoughts about it?

usually require 1 year canadian experience and may minimum wage (40k a year ata) and scoring system din sila for you to receive NOI from ontario.
