This is beautiful. This is a masterpiece, just like Angels & Demons. The vocals are epic and get me in the mood during the build-up. The melody and kick go hand in hand. I reckon this will be one of the best songs of this year.
I had a very difficult teenage life, and at 16 i lost my family. This song greatly helped me through it all back then. Now i am an adult and i'm going to Defcon for the second time. I've just seen the theatre announcement, with the whole twilight ritual. It made me instantly revisit this song and i am so very grateful i get a chance at experiencing this setting live this year, might give me lots of strength and closure🙏. (or scar me for life idk😂)
It's already over one year since release and this song still gets me to another level of feelings. A true masterpiece!

I will always remember ghost stories tracks played during a "piano chill" set on UV stage during defqon1 2019 Sunday. I have never had such goosebumps and it was an extremely hot daytime. What makes ghost stories a masterpiece is how joyful they are despite the darkness they contain. You can throw inflatable mattresses and be in the most playful mood of your life and then listen to it again and see such an overwhelming depth in this piece of art. I would like to know you guys as clearly great minds are producing this. Keep impressing.
