I could imagine a game trailer with this playing with someone looking around an abandoned city, then towards 1:58, gathering supplies and ejecting a shotgun shell at 1:58, with a horde in the back. The solitary, damned, brutal feeling of the opening scene of 28 days later really hits that horror aspect.
