Hi, I did ads this way in the past. The problem is if you select just WhatsApp as messaging app there a message reflects from Facebook that your ad will reach to less number of audiences kindly select more than one messaging app. And with just WhatsApp results were really very less. Another problem is if you have to run ads only for Instagram by selecting Instagram and WhatsApp as messaging app it shows your ads in Facebook also even if you have not selected Facebook as placement and you receive low quality leads in WhatsApp from Facebook.
Please share if you have any solution for this problem. Thanks.
