Make Amazing Meatballs and Delicious Leftover Meal Ideas With Them!

It's all about meatballs! Theres nothing like a delicious juicy, flavorful meatball to go with your pasta dishes, pizza, sandwiches, subs, baked cheesy spaghetti or just alone! A great meatball will stand on its own with a side of delicious sauce!
Ingredients and recipe:
Ground beef and pork
2 - eggs per pound of meat
Panko bread crumbs (remember don't use to much as we want the meatballs wet and damp!)
few tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce
1-2 tbsp Italian seasoning
Garlic, onion, salt and pepper (Sarawak fresh ground is the best I've found!-link below)
Mix all ingredients by hand very well. No real measuring as all recipes should be to your desired level of flavor. You can always test fry a small amount to see if the flavors are where you want them before making the whole batch. Keep the meatball mixture wet and damp and add a little panko at a time until its more of a dough like consistency.
