    El iman es un sistema de cierre para eliminar el tornillo y convertir el cierre de la bateria en algo mas sencillo y no depender de la llave torx

    It only has 9 gears, that seems low compaired to e.g. a lot of Cube bikes and the 70Nm yamaha Motor is also less that on e.g Cube reaction hybrid, which has 85Nm... do you think this males a difference for an average diver?

      A lot of the newer ebikes are coming with 10 speed set up, I guess it’s an industry thing and if one does it then the others follow

      @@leeteemtb9587 thanks for your opinion. What do you think about the motor, compaired to your Cube?
      I am willing to buy this lapierre, but currently there seems to be low/no stock anywhere.. going to talk to my bike dealer tomorrow 🙂.

      I prefer the yamaha on the lapierre to the bosch on the cube, thats just a personal opinion though.

    Do you still own the bike? Any problems yet and are the 2 piston brakes enough?

      I sold it a while ago. Fed up of the chain coming off whilst riding xc trails. Brakes were brilliant on it yes.
      I’ll send you a link to the vlog I did with chain issues

    Thanks for making a great video! I've just ordered one of these, and was wondering if you could point me in the right direction for the frame protection you have used and have you added anything to protect the downtube/battery. Any advice would be very much appreciated 👍

      I always use electrical insulation tape, it’s cheap and good value. I have used duck tape on the Down tube in the past. Also neoprene covers are good.
      Make sure you get a chain device because I had a problem with the chain coming off the front chain ring on bumpy trails. Glad you liked the vlog👍

    Hi great vid! Really informative. Just wondering in in terms of the Yamaha Motor how does it compare to your Cube bike for performance and output.

    • @leeteemtb9587
      @leeteemtb9587  3 роки тому +1

      The Yamaha is 15 more nm but can’t really notice the difference. Full suspension does make a hell of a difference though. Softer on the Botswana

      Brilliant, I’ve got one due for delivery on Wednesday and your vid helped me make the decision. There’s not much out there in terms of reviews either, so thanks again for the great vid. Cant wait to see how clunky the front forks are! 😂 may have to follow suit with upgrading but will see how I get on.

      Happy days and hope your new ebike is all good. Good to buy new as warranty always helps. Mine has come up with error 71 a few times but clears. Might be a glitch. Been okay on my last few rides

    What do you use to recharge suspension to 180 PSI, pressurised cylinder or hand pump?

    Thx for the video. I'm surprised, the charging point is very low, under the bike. If u ride in the mud or water, it may be risky...? (sorry for my English, I'm French)

    Hi, what do you get miles wise with a full charge????

    • @leeteemtb9587
      @leeteemtb9587  3 роки тому

      On eco + it displays 117 million range but that is with a pinch of salt. No trails are the same. I reckon about 60 miles on eco.

  • @MatthewAntkiewicz
    @MatthewAntkiewicz Рік тому +1

    How many miles you can do on one charge? I see they are now for 2499f on website

    • @leeteemtb9587
      @leeteemtb9587  Рік тому +1

      I easily got 50 miles on eco. They are a good budget full suspension Ebike. Just be careful of the chain coming off on bumpy cross country. I had a nightmare on my vlog at the climach trail. Search it out on my channel and you’ll see. I ended up calling it Crapierre 😂

      @@hamishmctavish2977 Hi , the bike is great for my needs. Provides great assistance uphill , I generally use the standard assistance mode. I go off road but no mad jumps , the suspension works great and assists in keeping the bike under control. The only thing I would recommend is putting a dropper post on as this assists when throwing the bike down hill. I am very pleased with it and have had no issues with the exception of cracking the battery cover with a stone thrown up off the trail. The replacement was reasonably priced and quickly delivered. ( I brought the bike through Cycle solutions and they were brilliant with the initial purchase and the replacement battery cover). I know there are a lot more expensive bikes out there but this is a good bit of kit with a reasonable set of components which suits my needs.

      The one I used has a lever below the saddle like an office chair to drop and then press to re locate back up. About £35 on ebay
