I know this one is older, but I just wanted to say, thank you for great vids like this! You’ve been slowly inspiring me (a few lunges here, a backbend there) to take time out for stretching and strengthening, bit by bit trying or adding a few more minutes or stretches as I get used to it.
I’m 26 and was a dancer for years, so back then I had much more flexibility, though I never worked enough on the splits to do them for real but for maybe a few times and it was rough.
Splits are definitely a goal now, one that’s been in the back of my mind a long time, but full-body flexibility is the first and most important goal!
Thanks again from all the flexibly-challenged!

I've been meaning to use this as a cool down after agility training and just got to it today. Honestly really great even if I hadn't.
    Keep up the good work

I have disc degeneration, I’m 37 and in pretty decent shape. That figure 4 does wonders, but you are the first person that has showed me I’ve been doing it incorrectly. Thanks and hope to see more videos from you. Follow!

It maximizes the stretch if you keep it straight. But you don’t have to! The goal is to avoid pain and feel the stretch

The butterfly stretch has literally never done anything for me. My knees are just flat on the ground and my feet as far in as humanly possible. Any ideas what other stretch would work?

sometimes I do a stretch for my inner thighs where I kind of stand\squat, kind of like a superhero pose where one leg is all the way out and with my other leg I have my calf and thighs touching. hope this helped

Do you have some advise on how to strengthen my hands and wrists? After I broke them four times I want them to stay like just how they are...
Broke them once because I fell, so I guess strength is a big point on that...

I may not be able to answer your question perfectly but I hope my input might help a little.
I dont know really know how to strengthen your hands and wirsts but I believe that you might also profit from caring about your bones with nutritional eating and certain supplements that might indicate a deficency
