I make and donate the majority of my quilts so the 3 yard quilts are perfect for this. My goal is to make 50 this year. This pattern will help me achieve this because I think it will make up quickly.

I’m going to Bali in a few days & will be making my own Batik fabric. I’ll be coming home with Lots of fabric! My plan is to make a charity quilt with this pattern (in addition to all the stuff for family & friends). This pattern will give me the practice I need with HSTs as I have a really hard time matching the points. Can’t wait to get some really cool colours out of my norm!!
Thanks for the free pattern. I do enjoy 3-yard patterns. The size is easy to handle when I quilt with my embroidery machine. I just finished a Button Box top. One of several waiting to be quilted! I like sewing tops, quilting not so much!
I really liked your demo of the 3yd tutorial. I think I will make several. I noticed that during demo I thought you said the material $3 off your site however I could find the material I liked but no where could I find where it costs $3.

This pattern is so timely, I was going to use the pattern Time Machine for another quilt but there was not enough contrast between the focus fabric and the dark. Now I can use the dark as a border. Yay! I also bought your new book, One Block Quilts, as the pattern Evening Stroll uses the focus as a large square and separates the focus from the dark.

I love all your patterns and have made about 25 three yard quilts. My daughter and I shared the love of piecing quilts. Sadly, she died of cancer almost three years ago. I now make crib sized quilts which are given in honor of Beth to children in the foster care system. I have a lot of fat quarters from Beth, Is there an easy way to adapt your patterns to fat quarters?
