I watched this video in the beginning of this year when I was just starting my fitness journey. This weekend I completed the World Championship myself. I may have taken almost 10 hours longer than the elites, but for me, it feels surreal, too. Next year I will do better. I won't just finish, I'll finish well. Thanks for a great course, Spartan.

Kate, that's what I did last year. I just wanted to do better this year and I did. If it is in Tahoe next year, I will do even better. Training is almost as exciting than running the race now. Good luck.

I was there, my toughest race ever. I'm not used to hills nor racing in the cold. Did the bucket carry twice, I was out there for many hours, 120 burpees but crossed that finish line!
