- TDP has found fresh ammo against YSCRP chief and former AP CM Jagan Mohan Reddy over Rushikonda Palace. TDP has accused Jagan Reddy of using public money for self-luxury, suspecting its worth over Rs 500 crore. Wading into the row, Congress AP chief YS Sharmila also targeted her brother and demanded a judge-monitored probe. Meanwhile, YSRCP has claimed that the building is constructed in a true spirit and would be used for government purposes

I strongly demand to make this lavish palace as a tourism and technology university of Andhra pradesh. We here in Andhra don't have proper educational institutions and university but how these politicians need of these luxurious lavish for there selfish purposes. We strongly demand to make this as tourism and technology institution. Once this is handed over to students no politians will have such thoughts to spend such lavish in future, If this palaces are turned to educational institutions students itself will promote Andhra and Vizag as tourism hub with courses offered. This has to be used as rightly for the development of the state and the unnecessary furniture has to be sold out by govt and use that money for renovating the palace as education institution, there are many halls and banquet hall which can be used seminar halls and library rooms or event festive halls.

It should be maintained as a monument and be used for a convention purposes as there are many ultra HNIs celebrating destination events. The palace can charge a huge rent per event. Folks who are always ready to show off their wealth will certainly pay an extraordinary rent. At any cost, it should not be sold to any private person. In Ap no one goes to any government office for any birth certificate or death certificate or any government document government volunteer for every 10 houses he/ she will take care of such things , so directly eliminated corruption, old age people will get pension directly to their hand by village volunteers on every month 1st date before 8am. Ration comes to direct door step in auto no need to stand in any que line somewhere . Village health clinics, farmers schemes etc…
