    Today's recipe is for strawberry roll cake with lots of strawberries rolled in.
    For the roll cake made separately, the key to making it fluffy and moist is to mix the egg yolk and flour thoroughly.
    For the heavy cream, I used condensed milk to make a rich cream.
    If you do not use condensed milk, please replace the sugar with 18g to make it.
    The combination of soft and fluffy roll cake and juicy strawberries is the best ☺.
    ▷Ingredients:
    ■Roll cake (37.5cm x 24cm or 27cm x 27cm)
    4 egg yolks
    30 g oil
    30 g milk
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    50 g rice flour (or cake flour)
    4 egg whites
    80 g sugar
    ■Decoration
    200 ml heavy cream
    25 g sweetened condensed milk
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 pack of strawberries
    ▷How to make:
    1. Beat the egg yolks with the oil, milk, and vanilla extract in this order.
    2. Add rice flour and mix well until smooth.
    3. Add the sugar to the egg whites in 3 parts and make a meringue.
    4. Add a scoop of meringue to ② and blend. Mix the remaining meringue and batter until evenly combined.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 180℃ for 12 to 15 minutes.
    6. Immediately remove the rolls from the baking sheet, cover with paper and allow to cool.
    7. Beat heavy cream with sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract to stiff peaks.
    8. Place the roll cake dough vertically and cut off the dough at the end of the roll diagonally.
    9. Brush the rolls with heavy cream, arrange the strawberries on top, and roll up the rolls. Refrigerate for 1 hour if you have time.
    10. Decorate with extra heavy cream and strawberries.
