I remember before it nerfed, the range and damage are insane. And most importantly no delay. Now it still okay at damage but wasn't that op anymore. The range become medium.
I feel like the devs went overboard when they gave the Gift Stitcher a fixed delay. It felt unnecessary because it would've been balanced with only the range nerf
