I first heard Tytan almost 40 years ago and bought Rough Justice at an import record store in Shinjuku. The reason I bought it was probably because of the cool jacket. When I listened to it, the NWOBHM vibe was so good that I still listen to it today. At that time, Tytan was not introduced on the only heavy metal radio program or magazine in Japan. I had no fans around me, and I thought I would never have a chance to see Tytan live because there was very little information about them for 40 years. So I couldn't believe that they came to Japan this time. I still dream about the fact that I went to that concert. I couldn't believe that I met so many Tytan fans at the show. The bassist was in tears of joy at the chants welcoming Tytan. Thanks for a great night.
Well, it ain't too shabby for being recorded on a mobile phone from the audience. The quality of the song and the great performance shine through. Who knows? Perhaps there will be an official Tytan live release sometime soon.
Unlikely. I was part of the team that put the shows together and we hoped to record all three bands on both nights but we never managed to put an agreement together. It was filmed with two cameras, so some better footage should surface at some point...

What an awesome night of NWOBHM that was. Both nights were superb and having Dave Dufort get up and play was the icing on the cake!
Pity the quality is so poor.
