I praise my son for doing well in his education. He craves praise from me as his father and I use that knowledge as a tool to encourage him to want to do the right things. My son sees me go to work each day to bring the bread home for him to eat; this in turn makes that lifestyle normalised to his thought process. I have a great relationship with my sons teachers, so that he knows that I work with them towards his best interests. I let my son go to my friends houses where I know that those grown men are raising their children similarly. This makes doing the right things feel normalised. I made my son watch ‘’Blue Story’’ to teach him some things. He was shocked at how some youngsters live; he wants no part of that lifestyle. I teach my son that being yourself and coming across as nerdy because you like what you like does not mean that you are a neek. It means that you will be able to make money and go about your business. There is so much to touch on.
Tricky has a point about the bad behaviour getting attention. Conscious parenting is a good thing to practice. Be aware of the child’s journey and strike a fair balance between discipline and praise. Good topic. There’s so much more to be said. Really great topic. You could be on it for days.
Broooo, when I was younger I seen bare man on ends driving big whips, wearing mad clothes and shit n I thought they where trapping cuz of how they moved. Little did I know they had normal jobs and just banged bare OT and still lived with mummy so had no over heads hence the way they where splashing lol
Bro this is so true man. I live in Shoreditch, when I see man out and whatever, there are high chances of them not being able to tell me what they do for a living, and if they do, it's normally something about music or sports. I don't know why, but working for someone else has somewhat been looked down upon within a certain demographic and it's sad to see because there are only a few alternatives left for them.
I think social media has gassed them to think people are not doing much unless they are "entrepreneurs" but leave out the part where the majority of people are not this. I think everyone needs to experience being a worker at least once. But they want to jump straight to CEO.
Mr. Hartney was my guy at Gladesmore as well 😂 On the topic though, the extraordinary always gets rewarded with time and attention, but it's obviously easier to be bad than excellent, so it's the path of least resistance unless they have some implicit sense of accountability to excellence.
Logic beats emotion simple as that, just because you feel a certain way doesn’t give you the go ahead to do whatever you “feel” is right. No there’s already a right thing to do it’s just you don’t want to do it. Whether that’s letting something go or not involving yourself in a situation you aren’t in, the normal man has been turned into a ant when in reality without us the world wouldn’t run. The guys who go to work and graft, feed their families, get the bills paid are what a Man’s supposed to do. If you feel as though a man should be this loud, extravagant, crazy human being. You may be right but they have the control to use that energy to make things happen. No Man wants a handout or even allows himself to be in need of others to live and provide for himself and his family
i kinda disagree with that i think there's man who want help but they don't ask because they feel it makes them look weak or like they can't look after themselves and they only ask when they're at the absolute bottom
@@MrUzumaki00 true but pride is horrible like that some people would prefer sooner hit the bottom and start over rather than stop it before its too late
@@MrThefall3 pride “can” be horrible but it also can be the reason you don’t allow yourself to disrespect yourself.
