LeVert and Niang will give the Hawks 3-pt shooting depth. Each has special games once in a while. Niang was the Cavs' best team interview. Great team-first players.
And the Cavs players loved them. I hope they do well for you guys in Atlanta

LeVert has been balling since he came in the league, he just needs a team where he has a chance to sine a little more.
Trae definitely ain’t resigning unless we get a bonafide star this summer. I think that’s our only hope to keep Trae here in Atlanta.
Genuinely have no idea why people think this. This is Trae's team. He is clearly influencing these choices and getting the types of players he wants around him. This team as constructed right now plays to Trae's strengths and weaknesses better than any other Hawks team. I really think this team is moving in the right direction for the first time in a loooong time.

Ima give the trades a chance! The team needed a shake up. Hawks been having pretty much the same team the past few years and haven’t went nowhere. They just loss 9 out of 10 games. I dnt like he went to the Cavs but he deserves to be on a winning team since he is playing so well wish he got sent out west

We have our core locked up for a few more years now and going to have a TON of cap space in off season! Just need a few role players and go get a running mate for Trae, getting younger and still competitive. We will make play in game. Just glad we made some moves for the future because this team with Hunter and Boggie was not going to win anything and still in play in game! We just beat the Bucs and lost by 1 to Spurs...keeping Capela shows we still want to win, make playoffs, and get off his contract end of season! Plan in place fellas!!!
D Hunter trade hurt. He was Ballin this year and could have been the 6 man of the year. I wouldn't have been mad if this happen years ago when he wasn't productive and healthy. Now I'm cool with the Boggie trade. If I was Atlanta and I was going to get rid of hunter and boggie I would have package them and got a superstar or a Star to help Trae out.

Levert is top 5 bench player in the league too. Atl has a few ppl at the 3. Levert contract is expiring. 23 mil free up to get a star this summer. Plus a few 2nd rounds will turn into something Niang is a streaky 3 pt shooter. Both teams made out

The Hunter trade was not good at all for Atlanta. It would be if they held their own picks and they tanked but the Spurs own their next pick. Levert is a pretty solid player but is streaky and Niang is a good offensive player but is bad defensively. Hunter will give Cleveland the best starting 5 in the NBA and they are young. Jarrett Allen 26, Evan Mobley 23, De'Andre Hunter 27, Donovan Mitchell 28 and Darius Garland 25. 4 of the 5 have been an All Star (3 this season) and Hunter. They will win it all at least once with this group who are all under contract the next 3 years.

This was a great trade....for the Cavaliers! The Cavaliers needed a 3 and D player and Hunter fits the bill. I'll miss LeVert and Niang, but they were not going to help during the playoffs. Hunter will.
