    Ingredients
    1 small onion
    250 grams medium-fat minced meat
    1 level teaspoon salt
    Half a teaspoon black pepper
    1 cup flour
    2 eggs
    Water (for boiling)
    Yogurt (garlic or plain)
    1 teaspoon butter
    1 tablespoon oil
    1 teaspoon red pepper powder
    Parsley (for garnish)

    Recipe
    1. Finely chop or grate the onion.
    2. Add the chopped onion, salt, and black pepper to the minced meat, and knead well. Let the mixture rest in the fridge for 2-3 hours for enhanced flavor.
    3. Take slightly larger-than-marble-sized portions of the mixture and form into meatballs.
    4. Spread flour on a plate, dip the meatballs first in flour, then in beaten egg, and again in flour. Repeat this process 4 times.
    5. Fill a pot halfway with water, add a teaspoon of salt, and bring to a boil. Add the dumplings and boil for 7-8 minutes.
    6. Drain and place on a serving plate, then top with yogurt.
    7. Melt butter and oil with red pepper powder, and pour over the dumplings.
    8. Garnish with finely chopped parsley.

    Tips
    Resting the meat mixture enhances the flavor.
    Coating the dumplings with flour and egg 4 times helps them keep their shape while cooking.
    You can use garlic or plain yogurt as preferred.
