@@fuhgetabatit1051 The fact she could follow up Cruella with that kind of film and it possibly being career suicide then instead wins the Oscar is pretty bold.
I need, and I mean NEED, for Emma Stone and Yorgos Lanthimos to have their own movie review show. I could listen to them alternately encourage, poo-poo, natter, and reinforce each others’ favorite films for HOURS.
“Some of them want to use you. Some of them want to get used by you. Some of them want to abuse you. Some of them want to be abused." THAT IS FUNNY? THAT IS KINDNESS? NO, NO, NO!!!!!!!!!!! "Sweet Dreams", 1983, Annie Lennox described it as "hopeless and nihilistic" and Dave Stewart, the other part of the duo said the line "hold your head up, moving on" was added to make it more uplifting. We assume no dog was actually harmed while Emma was using ice in a form of "premeditated abuse" as one reviewer put it.
"Kinds of Kindness" brings probably my favorite Emma Stone scene, ever, it is when Hannah picks up Jacob in a bar and they go home and have a bedroom scene that shows more love, caring and kindness than ever. He says, "Will you do me a kindness?" and apparently it now means abuse, at least to Emma and her funny muse director. Rated R by the Motion Picture Association “for strong/disturbing violent content, strong sexual content, full nudity and language.” AND THAT IS FUNNY!!!!!!! Should be "Sorts of Sordidness".
why yes, being friends is just so strange when you're married. the horror! it seems as though we live in a sex-obsessed world but i can assure you where sexual motive is projected unto everything but it is possible for a man and a woman to be close friends 🤯
Emma and Yorgos are my favorite modern cinematic pairing of the last few years.
Their projects have been an absolute joy to watch on screen. Hopefully they continue to make magic like Greenaway-Vierny-Nyman did.
Emma Stone is so humble
Absolutely love her
Someone that strips for the camera is not humble.

I just watched Happiness and Emma's reaction was on point.
that sharp exhale after happiness was absolutely correct lol
I love these two, I hope they work together for years to come!
Emma has a great career ahead of her on Pornhub 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I wish this was longer
Emma is easily my favorite actress of this era. She just has a great presence about her also I like the risk taking she does with her career.
As in, porn? That’s not exactly commendable 😂

That's the first time I've ever heard another filmmaker mention a Todd Solondz film.
answering the last question: WILD TALES (2014), has 6 different stories and it’s one of the best movies i’ve ever seen 💋
I'm so excited!!!
why are they so cute together

Best scene for me is Emma blazing into a parking lot in a purple Dodge Challenger then casually walking out.
