    One question, why do you do topset-backoffset? No hate,just curious

      I do two sets because my intensity is high, first of all. The reason I have a heavier one to start off with, and then a lighter one is because that makes it easier for me to progress it. It has to do with muscle fibres and some geek shit like that lol.🙂

      @ ah okay, ive seen that on the trainedbyJP channel but he didnt really explained it. If i progress my sets really well i dont need a lighter set , right?

      @jan.qw12 If you can recover from 1 heavyset 1 backoffset its a better alternative
