I am in such absolute love with this cardigan. I went to Michael’s and cleaned out their entire stock of dragonfly and I managed to find this lime green faux fur at one of my local dollar stores. I guess I got a little too excited with it and finished it in two days. 😅🖤💜💚🖤💜💚. Halloween forever!

They're predicting a warmer than average winter, and our average winter temp is already only in the 50s lol This is why I love cotton yarns for outdoors, and warmer yarns for indoors and that AC! I did a "forced fall", lit a pumpkin spice candle, and a hazelnut latte candle, drank spiced hot cider with whiskey, and turned my AC to 68 while I crocheted today. 😂 I love blanket cardi's like these btw, and the fingerless mitts are super cute! 💚🖤

One day it snowed 13" in 8 hours and I freaked lolol I think the actual coldest I experienced there was like 8 degrees maybe. But it's also super windy there so there was wind-chill factors down to like -18 a few times. My ideal would be somewhere that's just 40-60 all year round! I don't think it exists though, unfortunately.

Conceptually I’m confused. The foundation chain is the length you want the cardigan but then it looks like the stripes go horizontally so does it actually end up being the width? I’m spatially challenged and about 1/3 of the way through so just clarifying. Love the yarn and the pattern!!!
