You have a really lovely home. I am crazy for farmhouse style! I appreciate you used rice and stuffing fill fibres. The rice will give the pumpkins some weight and the stuffing can fill up the rest and take basically any shape you mold it to. I also loved how you sewed directly throught the stem, down and through and back up again. That must make for a great shape! Take care
Thank you so much for this tutorial. I really like the way you made it look so easy. I'm sure I'll be making a few of these beautiful pumpkins for my Thanksgiving display.
Thank you! If you're wanting to make a heart-shaped pillow, you could just cut a heart shape (2 pieces, one for the front and one for the back), then sew all along the edge (by machine or by hand), leaving a 1" opening, and stuff with fiberfill or other stuffing. Then sew the 1" opening closed.
If you can't find affordable real stems (the price usually goes up in the fall), you can also use sticks or cinnamon sticks. I've used sticks before, and they still turn out very cute! Also, I've started drying my own pumpkin stems in the fall (from pumpkins from the garden or the store), for future use.
Perfectly done video-just the right amount of talking, well-paced with instructions written out. I love it!
Thank you so much! Your comment made my day! :)
This is a great simple tutorial! I can’t wait to make one, thank you so much
Thank you!

Love them! When do you get your fabric from? Keep your videos coming, I am waiting on your curriculum picks for this year.
Thank you! I put a link in the description above for where I got my fabric, because for some reason it's not letting me post the link here. :)
Lovely! How can we make the same but heart shapes.

Opinion poll: would these be cute DIY fall wedding decor (dark greens, burnt oranges) or look "too" homemade?
I think that would be a very cute idea! The velvet gives them an elegant look, so I wouldn't think they would look too homemade.
Adorable, charming and perfect for a fall wedding!
