i work at a hotel restaurant and I've watched cooks make food but i have to say... these guys are so organized and well prepared. im very impressed on how neat and professional they work as they make these burgers. prolly the best i seen so far on youtube as well....if i go korea one day i MUST check this place out.

I've BBQ thousands of hamburgers for my family over the last 57 years. Not one of them would recognize those albeit beautiful sandwiches as a hamburger.

Recipe
Bun - salt / sugar / Multigrain flour / east / flour / butter / water / eggs / milk powder
Patty - 100% Chuck eye beef / eggs / bread crumbs / paprika / onion / garlic
Burgers -
when we cook patties we sprinkle butter and red wine over the patties w/black pepper and steak salt.
We also put hand made caramelized onion jam and mayonnaise on the burger bun.
The rest topping is as you can see.
We are grateful to Yami Boy for filming our Ramos burger, and to the future customers for their interest.
We look forward to the coming day when Corona is over soon, and people from all over the world go to taste food from other countries. :)

@@acexd8426 we use handmade Blueberry sauce / BBQ sauce / Salsa sauce / Korean hot pepper sauce / sweet tomato chilli sauce on it. it depend on your order menu.

Yeah, but not any of the ones with pickles on it. I was enjoying everything until that point, then I was more like, noooo, why?!!! And I don't hate pickles, I even use it on certain foods. But not on burgers. And if you forget to tell the cook no pickles , and have to take them off yourself, that nasty pickle flavor, is still there. Ruins the burger, in my opinion.

I could probably do everything but the sweet fruits on the burgers like pineapple and bllueberry. I don't understand the appeal. Perhaps if I tried them I would think differently, but typically sweet and burgers aren't something I think I would enjoy. Outside of that, everything was class act and American in this place all the way down to the music. In fact I would argue that these Koreans do America better than a lot of Americans! Looks great!

the 100% lean meat + 100% fat mixed together wouldnt have stayed together without the egg and breadcrumb. the fat melting free of the meat as it cooks probably makes the meat softer, given all the fat its probably really good.
That's meatloaf. Looks absolutely delicious and I'd eat that everyday. But, that's a meatloaf patty.
