I've been a Corey Hart fan since I was a kid. Now in my late 40s I still listen to him daily and his lyrics still resonate. With this video, his absence, and his lyrics, I see how much integrity and passion he continues to have. Musician and artist aside, he is an even greater person and I feel fortunate enough to have grown up 'with him' during my formative years. But then again, every child of the 80s was especially special. Thank you from my heart for adding just a bit more love to this world. Although I am a fellow Canadian, love has no nationality, so I wish you, your family and friends, and all the fans out there, to always remember your last few sentences in the video: honesty, respect and never stop chasing the sun.

Not surprised Corey is trilingual, speaking Spanish on top of English and French. Language is a song in itself and Corey is a true songwriter. Loved the Ottawa concert. Thank you for making me feel like I was thirteen years old again in 1984.

Corey Hart was the first musical artist I saw in concert ever, at a university in Western NY in 1985 or '86. Right before he sang "Never Surrender," he said similar words, as to never giving up on your dreams! So wonderful he is passing this message on to a new generation. A beautiful video and as a linguist, I am extremely impressed with his and his son's Spanish! I wonder where they learned it!
