These all look lovely but I am concerned- I ordered and received the vanilla butter blonde and it looked like it was blonde mixed with a gray- it looked nothing like any of the vanilla butter blondes I keep seeing. I love the ones I am seeing, just not the one I received. Uniwigs took it back but they told me they thought the color looked fine 😮 which it truly did not. Just not sure how about moving forward color wise. 🤷🏼♀️
Hi Rachel. There may have been an error in the coloring process of that particular hair piece. Unfortunately, since I am not the manufacturer, I cannot best tell you how to proceed. UniWigs did the right thing accepting the return. You may want to ask UniWigs for guidance. I am sorry you had this experience.
