I don't mind they giving her a costume just for the "new" Passionlip and her voicelines, but them not giving her the summer costume alongside was beyond cheap...
Imagine teasing the playerbase for years, commissioning Wada Arco to make an outfit, use said outfit during the event and OC3, to then instead release a voice pack. Takeuchi truly the Lostbelt King
The funny part is that at least there you would be able to notice a change with the eyes, for lip unless you use her you are never going to notice the change

Pair this with the 9th anniversary BULLSHIT of the coins because SPECIFICALLY FUCK the higher ups in Sony and Aniplex who should ALL be witch hunted and held accountable. Then theres the whole thing with us "losing the Avengers". What is the literal point of any of this..... this has to be a sick joke. Nasu, while I respect you as a writer, this isnt it. Fuck the 9th anniversary which brought nothing of worth aside from Summer Eresh who I franky wasnt an anniversary servant. I know Im gonna sound like a shitty doomer but this feels like everything is going down hill. We cant get even 1 ro 2 stars up to par with strengthens and animation updates. Fuck all this. This Anniversary and Ordeal Call needed more time to cook.

What hurts more was that they show us her summer skin, for either a possible skin or servants just to do nothing with it.
